The short version: Operation 19 has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The username you look up goes from your browser straight to Sleeper. It never reaches us.
Who runs this site
Operation 19 is a personal, non-commercial project run by one person. It is not a company. Questions about this notice go to msansagraw@gmail.com.
The username lookup
When you look up a Sleeper username, your browser sends it directly to Sleeper's public API (api.sleeper.app) and shows you what comes back. The username and your league data never pass through our server: we don't receive, store or log them. They exist only in your browser tab and are gone when you close or reload it.
Sleeper receives those requests, including your IP address, as any website you contact does. Sleeper's own privacy policy covers what it does with them; we don't control that.
What our hosting records
The site is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Like most web hosting, it keeps a request log of each page and file your browser loads from operation19.com:
- your IP address
- your browser and device type, as your browser reports it (the user agent)
- the page that linked you here, if your browser sends it (the referrer)
- the address requested, the time, and whether it succeeded
We keep this log for 30 days; after that it is deleted automatically. We use it only to keep the site running and fix problems. We don't use it to track or profile visitors, and we don't sell or share it. Google stores it for us as our hosting provider. A looked-up username is never part of these addresses, because a lookup doesn't load a new page.
What we don't do
- No cookies. The site doesn't set any.
- No browser storage. Nothing is saved on your device between visits.
- No analytics, advertising or third-party trackers.
- No third-party scripts or fonts. Everything loads from operation19.com; the only other site your browser contacts is Sleeper's API, for your lookup.

If any of this changes, this page is updated first, with a new date at the top.
